Changing Order?
Please go into My Account > My Orders and select the I need to change my order button on the bottom of that page. There it will ask for a phone number to call and a time of day best to reach you. This will allow our team to speak directly with you regarding any changes needed.
Cancelling Order?
Please go into My Account > My Orders and select the I need to cancel my order button on the bottom of that page. There it will ask for a phone number to call and a time of day best to reach you. This will allow our team to speak directly with you regarding any cancellations. We understand plans change and cancellations happen, but we will NOT cancel any order until we speak directly with the customer.
